Hafize (34) is a mother living in Gaza with her 4 children. After losing her husband in the bombardment, she was left without an income. She had no income.
Participating inUMDE's women's vocational training program, Hafize received 6 months of tailoring training. At the end of the program, she was presented with a sewing machine.
Today, Hafize supports her family with the orders she receives from her home and provides jobs for her neighbors.
UMDE gave me not only a profession but also the strength to hold on to life, says Hafize.
