1. Nature of Donations
Donations made to our association are voluntary and non-refundable by nature. They are accepted within the framework of relevant laws.
2. Refund Conditions
As a rule, donations are non-refundable. However, refund requests are evaluated in cases of technical errors, duplicate transactions, or unauthorized card use.
3. Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days.
